The number of residential real estate sales fell sharply in August, not only compared to the exceptional level recorded in August of last year, but also compared to the previous month. Furthermore, over the past ten years, transaction volume has never been this low in the last month of summer. Interest in listings has also declined, and experience shows that there are an increasing number of unsold properties on the market.
