Legal assistance in real estate matters
According to Hungarian law, in real estate matters where changes are made to the land registry, the involvement of a solicitor is generally mandatory, but there are also other real estate matters where the involvement of a solicitor is mandatory or at least recommended.
Buying and selling property from abroad
If you wish to buy or sell property in Hungary but do not live in Hungary and do not wish to travel to Hungary to sign the contract, your signature must be certified with an Apostille. Documents certified with an Apostille are accepted by public authorities and agencies in most countries around the world, including Hungary.
Acquisition of property by foreigners
